Dr. Taylor Burge grew up outside of Atlanta, GA, and graduated from The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.
She then completed a rotating small animal internship in Washington, DC, before settling in Western North Carolina. After 10 years in primary care, Dr. Burge pivoted to urgent care specialty medicine but is excited about her return to general practice at Junaluska Animal Hospital. She has a passion for patient care and client communication.
Outside the hospital, she enjoys hiking in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains, camping, or flat-water kayaking.
